DYM BHSO programs support young children’s emotional, behavioral, and developmental growth through safe routines, supportive relationships, and developmentally appropriate expectations. Our work is guided by the Play. Heal. Thrive.™ framework, reflecting how children naturally learn, regulate, and grow.

Regulation • Expression • Safety
Play is a child’s first language. Our programs use structured, predictable routines and play-based experiences to help children express emotions, practice regulation, and build a sense of safety within their environment.

Relationships • Repair • Trust
Healing happens through consistent, supportive relationships. Children are supported through responsive interactions that emphasize emotional safety, understanding, and trust, without pressure or shame.

Confidence • Skills • Readiness
As children feel safe and supported, they build confidence and practical skills that help them participate more fully in daily routines at home, in care, and in school settings.
DYM BHSO programs are delivered in structured, child-centered environments by trained staff who prioritize safety, consistency, and collaboration. Services are provided in accordance with applicable licensure requirements and with respect for family consent and involvement. Programs are responsive to individual needs while maintaining predictable routines and clear expectations.
We begin by listening. Families are encouraged to reach out with questions so we can understand their child’s needs and discuss appropriate next steps.
