DYM BHSO provides 14 authorized BHSO services delivered in alignment with Kentucky requirements. Services commonly include screening, assessment, care coordination, Comprehensive Community Support Services, and Targeted Case Management.
We collaborate with families and referring providers to support treatment planning, continuity of care, and warm handoffs when additional services are needed.
